Prices for Oich, Lochy, Ness and Linnhe are for Bed and Breakfast.  These rooms are all situated in the main house on the first floor.

All rates are per room per night.

Payments by cash, bacs, and the following cards:
Visa Debit / Delta, Maestro /
Visa Credit, Mastercard – We do not charge any fees for booking transactions.

We use Stripe for all financial transactions through this website, via Free to Book, which means that your card details are not collected and stored by us or this website for your security.

The Caledonian Studio is self-catering and is situated at the rear of the property, with its own private entrance.

Booking Terms  & Conditions / Cancellation Policy

A deposit of £60.00 per room is required to secure your booking, this is non refundable and non transferable.  We recommend that you take out the relevant travel/holiday insurance to cover cancellation should you need to do so.

Free cancellation up to fourteen days prior to arrival, excluding deposit.  If the booking is cancelled less than fourteen days prior to arrival then the full cost of the booking is charged.

PLEASE NOTE that as soon as confirmation is made you have entered into an agreement with Bracarina House Bed and Breakfast and therefore you have also accepted the terms and conditions of booking.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your reservation we will try to find you alternative accommodation within the local area but if this is not possible we will refund you the reservation cost which you paid to stay with us.  Our liability will not extend further than this cost.

Bracarina House Bed and Breakfast is not VAT registered.

The balance is taken from the card on the booking fourteen days prior to arrival, unless otherwise arranged.  BACS and cash payments can be made – please email for details.

We will be ready to accept guests from 4pm and in consideration of fellow guests no later than 8pm.

The latest check in time is 8pm, rooms are released after this time.

Quiet hours – for the comfort of all our guests we respectfully request that noise is kept to a minimum between 10pm and 6am.
